Delete your RetroTD account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and its associated data here. Opening this page does not delete anything.
This includes your account details, linked player profiles, saved progress, research, diamonds, records and notification registrations across linked devices. Deletion cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically refund purchases.
Payment records required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained separately with restricted access. Backup copies expire according to our backup retention schedule. These retained records will not be used to restore your playable account.
Requests are processed within 30 days. You receive a private status link and may also choose an email confirmation. If we need to verify ownership, we will explain the steps; entering another player's name is never sufficient authorisation.

If you no longer have access to an unlinked guest installation, request help recovering access. We will verify ownership before accepting a deletion request.
